Argjentina Grazhdani
Program Manager
Having worked in humanitarian response, early recovery, democracy and governance and private sector development programmes, Ms. Grazhdani brings years of experience from the Balkans and east sub-Saharan Africa region. After 9 years of working with USAID Kosovo, Ms. Grazhdani continued her international development experience with UNDP in Sudan and Somalia in working with honey, sesame, fisheries and groundnuts value chain programmes and youth employment though private sector development. She has an extensive experience applying MSD approach and using the DCED standards for result measurement. Ms. Grazhdani has a master degree in sociology.
Fisnik Reçica
Deputy Program Manager
Fisnik is experienced in project management and has relevant experience on private sector development. He has worked at Riinvest Institute for four years as a senior researcher. He has worked at ProCredit Bank as analyst of banking processes and as corporate loan analyst, and also has extensive work experience with the United Nations Mission in Kosovo for about eight years, and banking experience with. He holds a doctorate degree in the field of "Innovation and firm performance" at Staffordshire University in the UK, having previously graduated from the same University with a MSc degree on Economics for Business Analysis.
Tanjima Ali
MRM Specialist
Tanjima has spent the last five years working on a wide range of projects within the private and international development sectors. Having gathered extensive knowledge in quality assurance of monitoring, data collection, research design, analysis and documentation of PSD projects in South Asia and East Africa, Tanjima is now the MRM specialist at PPSE. Tanjima completed her MBA from Dhaka University and her BS in Engineering from BRAC University, Bangladesh.
Fisnik Bajrami
MRM Officer
Fisnik has worked at Riinvest Institute for four years, participating in numerous research and development projects; he also has teaching experience in numerous subjects at Riinvest College. He is currently involved as market facilitator for the food processing and tourism sectors at the PPSE Program. He has graduated from the American University in Bulgaria with a major in Economics, Political Science and International Studies and a minor in European Studies, and is currently pursuing his MSc degree in Economic Policy at the University of London.
Lindita Haziri Daka
Head of Finance and Administration
Lindita Haziri Daka has joined the PPSE team at the start of the implementation phase towards the end of 2014. With over 18 years of professional experience in administration and finance, she is now the Head of Finance and Administration at the PPSE project. Lindita has been with the organization Care International where she has successfully advanced from junior positions to the position of senior accountant. She has a degree in Economics from the University of Prishtina and is an expert in financial accounting.
Linda Baleta
PR & Communications
Linda has over 20 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, media, social inclusion and gender. She worked for several USAID-funded projects in Kosovo that supported private sector development, youth entrepreneurship and the rule of law. Prior to that, Linda worked for the United Nations Mission in Kosovo with the Department of Justice, and before that as a journalist, editor and translator. Linda has mentoring and training experience, primarily with programs supporting women in business, and has been engaged as copywriter for various organizations.
Ivana Bozic
Market Sector Facilitator
Ivana Bozic is responsible for the facilitation of the minorities’ participation at the PPSE Program. She has vast of experience working with local and international stakeholders providing the assistance in the implementation of the projects on social and political empowerment of Serbian community in Kosovo. Ivana graduated from the Belgrade University, Faculty of Political Science and she holds BA degree in International Affairs. She acquired her Master’s Degree in Conflict Studies at Singidunum University with thesis ‘Analysis of Interethnic Reconciliation in Kosovo’. Ivana was a participant in various trainings and programs on the subject of human rights, diversity and multiculturalism, and (post)-conflict societies.
Alida Muhaxhiri
Market Sector Facilitator
Experienced in banking sector and development projects, Alida is in charge of facilitation for food processing and private health sectors. Previously, she has worked at Procredit Bank as a loan operator in Gjakova/Ɖakovica and as a credit administration officer at the same bank in Prishtina/Priština’s headquarters. Prior to this experience, Alida has worked for Swisscontact “Women Business Development Program” in Gjakova/Ɖakovica. She is an agriculture engineer with a degree from the University of Prishtina/Priština in Agriculture concentrated in plant protection.
Blerina Batusha Xërxa
Market Sector Facilitator
With business education background, Blerina has about eight years of work experience as a consultant in marketing, economic development, banking, business enabling environment and tourism development, in private sector as well as international organizations such as EU, USAID, World Bank and Swisscontact. She is responsible for the tourism sector facilitation at the PPSE Program. Blerina has a Bachelors degree in business administration from the American College of Thessaloniki.
Hana Hoxha
Market Sector Facilitator, Food Processing
Hana has more than 10 years of work experience mainly in the private sector with a wide range of expertise in marketing intelligence, product development and promotional campaigns. In addition, apart from the private sector experience, she has been engaged in government and academic institution with various projects. Hana has graduated from The University of Sheffield International Faculty with a major in Business Studies & Marketing and later on she completed her MBA degree from the same university.
Agim Malazogu
Driver/Logistics Support Officer
Agim has worked at the Swiss Development Cooperation Office in Prishtina/Priština (SDC) for a while, and later moved to Swisscontact as an Administration/Logistics Officer, where he worked for 10 years. He has been involved in different projects oriented towards vocational and educational trainings in secondary professional public school of Technology, Agriculture, and Economy. Agim is currently in charge of Administration and Logistics at the PPSE Program. He is a University of Prishtina/Priština graduate with a degree in economics, and has numerous trainings in IT, involving ECDL certificates.
Venera Dyla Azemi
Administration/Accounting Officer
Venera joined the PPSE towards the end of the inception phase as a Secretary/Accountant Support Officer. She is experienced in the banking sector , and has extensive finance experience with different banks and financial institutions. Her over 15 years of experience in different companies have equipped her with broad skills in finance/accounting. She has worked at the US Office in Prishtina (now the US Embassy), as well as at Procredit Bank, at Raiffaisen bank, Grant Thornton. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, and is currently doing her Masters degree at Kolegji Dardania.
Dren Zatriqi
Market Sector Facilitator
Dren Zatriqi joined PPSE team on December 2014 as a Tourism Market Facilitator. Prior to this he was a Project and Analysis Specialist and Supply Manager at KEDS (Kosovo Energy Distribution and Supply Company). His previous professional experience includes Management Consulting at USAID (Project managed by Tetra Tech in Prishtina, Kosovo), Business Loan officer at Pro Credit Bank and Micro Loan Officer at FINCA. He completed his bachelor degree in Tourism and Hotel Management at University of Prishtina in 2008.
Ibrahim Bejtullahu
Opportunity Fund Manager
Ibrahim has 14 years of experience in the field of development assistance programming in Kosovo, during which time he has developed extensive expertise in grants management, capacity building, administration and finance, as well as the programmatic and financial aspects of designing and implementation of community development, income generation and micro-finance programs with International NGOs – Mercy Corps, Institute for Sustainable Communities, Danish Refugee Council and International Rescue Committee. Ibrahim joined Swisscontact- PPSE program in December 2014 in quality of Opportunity Fund Manager. Ibrahim holds an Executive MBA from University for Business and Technology supported by the Vienna Institute of Technology, Diploma in Local Development Practice by National University of Ireland- Galway and he is certified in Project Management for Development Professionals - PMD Pro1 by APMG.
Besnik Cecelia
Market Sector Facilitator
Besnik has about seven years of work experience as a consultant in economic development, business enabling environment, international trade and value chain analysis. He worked for several organizations including United Nations Development Programme and Kosovo Chamber of Commerce. He joined PPSE Project in February 2015 as a Manufacturing Sector Market Facilitator. Besnik has a bachelor degree in International Business at Iliria University and currently is doing his master degree in Entrepreneurship and Local Economic Development at the South East Europe University in Macedonia.
Avni Ramadani
Market Sector Facilitator
Avni has about 14 years of work experience in Project Management, Agriculture and Rural Economic Development, Agriculture Policy and Statistics, Income Generation and Value Chain, and LEADER approach. He worked for several UN and EU funded projects implemented by international organizations including UN FAO, INFOGROUP Consulting, NR International, GFA Consulting Group, EGIS BDPA, AAM Consulting, GIZ and IADK,. He joined PPSE Program in June 2015 as a Food Processing Sector Market Facilitator. Avni has a university degree in Agriculture Sciences at Prishtina University and currently is doing his master degree in Economics of Agriculture and Food at Prishtina University.
Malva Govori
Market Sector Facilitator
Malva holds a Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance and Management, from the University of Bristol, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a BA in International Relations from Webster University Geneva. She has over 5 years’ experience in economic development and industry and trade issues. She has been engaged both in private sector and Government institutions as well as in a number of international organizations including GiZ, World Bank, European Commission and the United Nations Environmental Protection (UNEP). She has been part of consulting team at Recura for over two years, where she has mainly been engaged as a Corporate Governance expert in delivering corporate governance advisory through the partner interventions of RECURA and the IFC in Kosovo. In addition, she is a lecturer of business courses at AAB University in Prishtina. She has joined PPSE Project in September 2015 as PSD Governance Facilitator.
