A group of eight tour operators are introducing a wealth of information about Kosovo as an emerging and promising tourism destination in the heart of the Balkan Region, as well as their individual offers.
Kosovo at ITB Berlin 2017 seeks to reinforce the existing ties with the German tourism sector and with other international markets, present the new tourism packages for the 2017 season, and share general information about Kosovo as a destination.
The Kosovo presentation session was held on 8 March 2017, as part of the ITB CSR-Congress, which is the dominant theme for this year at ITB in support of the International Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development as declared by the United Nations World Tourism Organization.
The Kosovo tour operators present at the ITB 2017 Fair are: Outdoor Kosovo, Catun, Traveks, Kosova Holidays, Altavia Travel Lufthansa City Center, Fibula, Eurokoha, and VAS Tour. Their offer has something to everyone’s liking: wild nature that enables varied outdoor activities, attractive landscapes, and a rich culture and heritage.
The participation of Kosovo as a destination at the ITB Fair 2017 (8 – 12 March) is organized by Kosovo Investment and Enterprise Promotion Agency (KIESA), with support from Swisscontact – Promoting Private Sector Employment, in collaboration with USAID EMPOWER Private Sector.
